We designed this box in-house across several generations, 2023 to 2025.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eIt is more than a bare controller.\u003c\/strong\u003e A built-in cycle timer with an alarm and an indicator light, pulse output (it rapidly switches the element to hold temperature) for a solid-state relay (the electronic switch that pulses the heating element on and off), and ramp-and-soak (it steps through a programmed heat-up, hold, and cool profile) options are all here. The cheap controllers you find online rarely do all of that at once, and none of them show up prewired, with a shop you can call.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eIt runs well beyond an oven.\u003c\/strong\u003e On an oven the controller is capped at 500 degrees for the oven's own safety.
