The cheap controllers you find online rarely do all of that at once, and none of them show up prewired, with a shop you can call.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eIt runs well beyond an oven.\u003c\/strong\u003e On an oven the controller is capped at 500 degrees for the oven's own safety.
