After the sale
Backed after the sale, in plain terms.
Every Silverback oven and booth is built to be bought with confidence and backed after the sale. A 2-year parts warranty comes standard, phone support lasts as long as you own your oven, and if something goes wrong in transit we make it right. Here is exactly how each of those works.
The three promises
What backing it actually means.
2-year parts warranty, standard
Baked into the price, not an upcharge. Covers every oven and booth we sell, combos and PRO FM models included.
Lifetime phone support
Call us for as long as you own your oven, no matter when you bought.
We handle freight damage
If it arrives damaged, refuse the shipment. We file the claim, repair or replace, and reship.
The fine print, unhidden
Every term, in plain text.
What is covered, plainly
The parts warranty covers the control-box parts that can fail over time: switches, relays, blower fan, and the controller (the digital panel that sets and runs your temperature program). Heating elements are consumables: long-lived, but a wear part, not a warranty part. We stock replacement elements and will help you fit one by phone whenever you need it.
Altering the oven voids the warranty. This works the way it does on any product. If you alter the oven, take something off it, or put something new on it, the warranty is no longer valid. That includes rewiring it, swapping in parts we did not supply, or changing how it is built. If you want to change something about your oven, call us first at 314-202-4027. There is usually a way to get what you want without putting your warranty at risk, and we will tell you what it is.
Call us for as long as you own it
We will walk you through setup, programming, or repairs by phone, no matter when you bought. If your electrician has a wiring question on install day, put them on the phone with us. If you are learning the controller a year in, call. If a part needs swapping in year three, call: 314-202-4027.
Keeping your oven healthy
An oven that gets looked after runs better and lasts longer. None of this is complicated, and none of it takes long.
- Check your connections. Every so often, make sure the cord, the plug, and the DIN wiring connections in your control box are tight and undamaged. Remove the access covers from your elements inside the oven and inspect the connections. Any discoloration or charring near the connection should not exist, and is an indication of increased resistance and possible need of replacement. Loose or damaged wiring is the single most common source of trouble we see.
- Keep the control box clean and clear. It is the electrical heart of the oven. Keep dust, powder, and clutter off and away from it.
- Keep the inside clean. Sweep out overspray and debris between runs so it does not bake on.
- Do not run it harder than it is built to run. Stay inside the temperature range set for your oven and give it time to come up to heat rather than forcing it.
- Call us when something looks off. A noise, a smell, or a temperature that will not hold is worth a phone call before it becomes a repair.
If it arrives damaged, we handle it
Inspect the shipment before you sign for it. This is different from a return you choose, where return shipping is yours. Full freight and receiving detail lives on the Shipping page.
Refuse the shipment. The driver returns it to us, we file the freight claim, and we repair or replace and reship your oven. You do not pay return shipping when the damage is the carrier's.
Plans change. Here are the terms
Cancel within 24 hours of ordering: 100% refund, no fee. Cancel after 24 hours: a 20% restocking fee applies. Return within 30 days of receiving your oven: a 20% restocking fee applies, you cover return shipping, and the oven must be in original condition.
Before you order
A warranty or support question before you buy?
Call and ask. We would rather answer your questions than sell you the wrong oven.
