Shipping policy

Ovens, spray booths, and combos ship by freight truck. Each one leaves our shop in Witt, Illinois on a custom pallet, wrapped, strapped down, and protected with 48-inch plywood skirting. We pass on the real freight price the carrier sets, and you see it at checkout, for your address, before you commit to anything.

Timing. We build, wire, test, and package your oven and ship in 5 to 7 business days. Transit is usually 3 to 5 days, depending on how far you are from Illinois.

Residential delivery and liftgate. A home delivery costs the carrier more than a business delivery, and a liftgate lets the driver lower the pallet to the ground when there is no forklift or loading dock. Each is $70 when it applies, added automatically at checkout. If neither applies to you, neither is charged.

Free shipping. The 2x2x2 benchtop oven, and every PID controller, control box, and replacement part, ship free within the lower 48 states.

When the truck arrives, inspect the oven before you sign. Have the driver note anything you see on the delivery slip, take photos, and call us the same day. We file the freight claim and repair, replace, or reship, so you are not left dealing with the carrier.
